Mitchelton Hotel sees the architecturally significant Mitchelton Winery Cellar Door and Function Rooms re-designed, with the restaurant next to be reinvigorated. The original architecture is held in deep respect while a layer of contemporary hospitality the spaces had been quietly waiting for is introduced. Material, light and a considered furniture program give the rooms a renewed sense of generosity, allowing the winery to host its many visitors with the warmth its rural setting deserves with confidence.
