Bistro Guillaume


Bistro Guillaume was Hecker Guthrie’s response to the brief of creating a modern interpretation of the quintessential French Bistro. The restaurant has been no stranger to applause, being awarded winner of the best hospitality interior at the 2008 IDEA Awards. The judges recognised the restaurant’s unique interior, combining smoked parquetry floors, fluted marble detailing, custom pendant lighting and luxe fabrics seductively layered over two levels.
