Situated in Adelaide’s seaside town of Brighton, St Louis is the first Gelato only offering for the established crafted European dessert brand.

Drawing on the concept of the Breton stripe – an ode to St Louis’ French beginnings - the design carries an understated elegance.

Whilst the ideas are simple, the application is crafted and considered. The design speaks to the core values of St Louis as a company, and have allowed Hecker Guthrie to set a new narrative, which oscillates between tradition and innovation.
