Nestled into leafy Malvern East, Malvern Residence celebrates the inter-war period, drawing carefully on elements of the California Bungalow and old English style. The boundaries of old and new blur through seamless transitions, allowing the original architecture to lead while a quietly contemporary layer settles alongside it. The result is a family home that feels both anchored to its era and openly responsive to the daily rhythms of the lives unfolding inside it across the project.
