Set in the heart of Fitzroy, this multi-residential development proposes a warm, earthy insertion into one of Melbourne's most characterful neighbourhoods. The interiors draw from the building's industrial heritage: dark marble, richly grained timber, and reeded glass sit alongside whitewashed brick and generous ceiling heights, holding the memory of the existing fabric while proposing something thoroughly contemporary.
