Travelling the Danube with 154 guests, Hecker Guthrie's design for APT Solara and Ostara conceives the vessels as floating hotels, where every gesture, from joinery to lighting, is made to feel deliberate and resolved. The concept holds two threads: The Journey, tracing the river season by season, and The Destinations, drawn from the art, architecture and culture of the cities along the way. The romance of river travel, shaped through a quietly, distinctly Australian lens.
