Designed by Cox Architecture in collaboration with interiors by Hecker Guthrie, 130 Little Collins utilises cutting edge technology to blur the line between lifestyle and corporate, creating an unprecedented vertical community.

Speaking to Melbourne’s heritage character, the podium level and streetscape will reference use of solid elements from times of past, whilst opening up the connection between podium and tower.
