Claremont Tonic is our second project with entrepreneur Davis Yu and is due to open mid-July. Bringing together the (un)holy trinity of fashion, rock and vegetables – Claremont Tonic will be a place where rockers go to recuperate from a rock lifestyle. Interiors are raw, expressive and slightly industrial. In the words of Hamish Guthrie – “it’s the interior you wouldn’t take home to meet your mother”.
